His Majesty King Abdullah on Tuesday received Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee of Pakistan Army Gen. Zubair Mahmood Hayat at Al Husseiniya Palace and discussed military cooperation between the two countries.

The meeting, attended by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat, covered regional and international efforts to fight terrorism within a holistic approach.

Adviser to His Majesty and Director of the Office of His Majesty Manar Dabbas, and Pakistan's Ambassador to Jordan Junaid Rehmat also attended the meeting.
