Haqiq Initiative

Haqiq, which means ‘achieve’, is a youth initiative launched in Amman in April 2013. It targets school students, who are keen to safeguard their society’s traditions, values and history, and are armed with science and knowledge, in order to enable them to play active and positive roles in their community.

"The Haqiq initiative focuses on planned, organised efforts aimed at empowering individuals to obtain practical skills and knowledge, which prepares them for productive work and voluntary activities that improve performance and serve the community."

The initiative, launched by Crown Prince Hussein, seeks to hone the skills of individuals and groups to reach the highest levels of professionalism in cooperation and team work. The Haqiq initiative focuses on planned, organised efforts aimed at empowering individuals to obtain practical skills and knowledge, which prepares them for productive work and voluntary activities that improve performance and serve the community. The initiative also promotes teamwork to nurture a technically-savvy generation and to create effective relationships among young people based on respect and discipline.

Vision

Achieve higher levels of cooperation and teamwork among young people, to whom Crown Prince Hussein is very keen on promoting their active role in building a model nation and seeking to equip them with the will and determination to be role models for this and future generations.
