His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday received a letter from Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

In the letter, Abbas thanked King Abdullah for giving special attention to the Palestinian cause in his speech at the Arab Islamic American Summit, held in Riyadh on 21 May.

The Palestinian president voiced his pride, on behalf of the Palestinian people, in His Majesty’s honourable stance, expressing appreciation for the King’s support for the Palestinian people and efforts to safeguard holy sites.
