His Majesty King Abdullah on Thursday sent a cable to Emperor Akihito of Japan on the occasion of his birthday, marked as a national day in Japan.

In the cable, King Abdullah expressed his best wishes to Emperor Akihito, wishing the people of Japan further progress and prosperity.
