His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday received the Iraqi prime minister’s special envoy and the director of the Iraqi National Intelligence Service, Mustafa Al Kadhimi, at Al Husseiniya Palace.

Kadhimi delivered an invitation to King Abdullah from Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al Abadi to take part in the international conference on rebuilding Iraq that will be hosted by Kuwait from 12 to 14 February.

At the meeting, attended by General Intelligence Department Director Maj. Gen. Adnan Jundi, His Majesty affirmed Jordan’s support for Iraq’s stability and unity, and the Iraqi government’s efforts to achieve development and build a better future for the people of Iraq.
