His Majesty King Abdullah on Sunday received the chairman of the Jordanian-Japanese Friendship Society and senior corporate adviser of the Mitsubishi Corporation, Mikio Sasaki.

The meeting covered relations between the two countries, as well as investment opportunities offered by the Jordanian economy, especially in the energy sector, in which Mitsubishi is a strategic partner.

Prime Minister Hani Mulki, Royal Hashemite Court Chief Fayez Tarawneh, and Director of the Office of His Majesty Jafar Hassan also attended the meeting.
