His Majesty King Abdullah, in a phone call on Tuesday, congratulated Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on winning the presidential election, and on his party’s win in the parliamentary polls.

King Abdullah stressed Jordan’s keenness to advance ties with Turkey and strengthen cooperation in all areas, in the best interest of the two peoples, and in service of the causes of the Muslim nation.
