King opens King Talal Military Hospital in Mafraq

His Majesty King Abdullah II, The Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Army on Monday, opened the King Talal Military Hospital in the Mafraq Governorate

The King unveiled the commemorative plaque of the 150-bed hospital in the presence of King's Advisor for Military Affairs and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mashal Mohammad Zaben.

The hospital was established upon His Majesty's directives in line with the best international standards to provide better health services to citizens in the Mafraq Governorate and the Northern Badia.

King Abdullah also toured various sections and specialized clinics at the hospital, which is affiliated to the Royal Medical Services ( RMS) and was briefed by RMS director Major General Mueen Habashneh, on criteria adopted to build this medical facility taking into consideration the needs of citizens of Mafraq and neighboring areas.
