His Majesty King Abdullah on Thursday received the US special presidential envoy for the global coalition to counter Daesh, Brett McGurk.

During the meeting, discussions covered the latest developments in the region, and regional and international efforts to fight terrorism.

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi also attended the meeting.
