King holds talks with Oman sultan

His Majesty King Abdullah and Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Oman held talks on Sunday in Muscat, on relations between the two countries and the latest regional developments.

The talks, attended by His Royal Highness Prince Ghazi bin Muhammed, chief adviser for religious and cultural affairs and personal envoy to His Majesty, underlined the deep-rooted relations between Jordan and Oman, and the need to boost them in all fields in the best interest of their two peoples.

Discussions also covered current regional issues and efforts to reach political solutions to the region's crises to restore security and stability.

From the Omani side, Khalid bin Hilal bin Saud Al Busaidi, the minister of diwan of Oman’s royal court, also attended the meeting.
