His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, on Monday extended condolences to the family of martyr Major Muath Huwaitat in Maan Governorate’s Jafr area.

Huwaitat was killed in the line of duty during a recent raid on a terrorist cell hideout in Salt.

King Abdullah expressed condolences to the family of the martyr and voiced pride in the sacrifices of the homeland’s martyrs, who gave their lives to defend Jordan and its stability.

Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat, and Adviser to His Majesty and Director of the Office of His Majesty Manar Dabbas accompanied His Majesty.
