King departs for Egypt, Tunisia

His Majesty King Abdullah departed on Monday on a working visit to Egypt to meet with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and discuss bilateral relations and bolstering cooperation, as well as the latest regional developments.

From Egypt, King Abdullah is scheduled to head to Tunisia to extend condolences over the passing of President Beji Caid Essebsi.

His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II was sworn in as Regent, in the presence of Cabinet members.
