His Majesty King Abdullah, accompanied by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, departed for Abu Dhabi on Friday.
 
During the visit, King Abdullah is scheduled to hold talks with Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the crown prince of Abu Dhabi and deputy supreme commander of the UAE Armed Forces, covering the deep-rooted bilateral ties, and means of enhancing economic cooperation, in addition to regional and international developments.
 
Their Majesties will also receive the 2022 Zayed Award for Human Fraternity.
 
His Royal Highness Prince Feisal bin Al Hussein was sworn in as Regent, in the presence of Cabinet members.
