His Majesty King Abdullah departed on Wednesday for the UAE to attend a joint military exercise between the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army and the UAE Armed Forces in Abu Dhabi, which comes within the framework of close military cooperation between the two countries.

His Majesty will be accompanied by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II on the visit.

His Royal Highness Prince Raad bin Zeid was sworn in as Regent, in the presence of Cabinet members.
