King, Crown Prince receive crown prince of Abu Dhabi

His Majesty King Abdullah and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II on Thursday received Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the crown prince of Abu Dhabi and deputy supreme commander of the UAE Armed Forces, upon his arrival at Marka Military Airport.

During the visit, King Abdullah and Sheikh Mohamed are scheduled to discuss the deep-rooted ties between the two countries and regional developments, foremost of which is the Palestinian cause.

Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh, Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi, Director of the Office of His Majesty Jafar Hassan, Director of the General Intelligence Department Maj. Gen. Ahmad Husni, a number of senior officials and officers, and UAE Ambassador to Jordan Ahmed Ali Mohammed Al Balushi were present to welcome Sheikh Mohamed.

The Abu Dhabi crown prince is accompanied on the visit by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and a number of senior UAE officials.
