His Majesty King Abdullah on Sunday sent a cable to Kuwait Emir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah on the 12th anniversary of his ascension to power.

In the cable, King Abdullah expressed his best wishes to Sheikh Sabah, wishing the people of Kuwait further progress and prosperity under his wise leadership.
