His Majesty King Abdullah, in a phone call on Thursday, congratulated Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on his re-election, after his party’s win in the recent House of Representatives elections.

In the phone call, King Abdullah affirmed Jordan’s keenness to move forward in expanding its cooperation and strategic partnership with Japan in various fields, in line with the two countries’ shared interests, and with the aim of bolstering security and stability in the region and the world.
