His Majesty King Abdullah received a phone call on Friday from Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

In the phone call, King Abdullah congratulated President Abbas on the Palestinian reconciliation agreement reached in Cairo on Thursday.

For his part, Abbas expressed appreciation for Jordan’s efforts, led by His Majesty, to provide constant support for the Palestinian people on all levels.
