King condoles presidents of Iraq, Iran over earthquake victims

His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday sent a cable of condolences to Iraqi President Fuad Masum over the victims of the earthquake that struck northeastern Iraq on Sunday, killing a number of people and injuring others.

In the cable, King Abdullah expressed his deepest sympathies and condolences to President Masum and the victims’ families, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.

His Majesty also sent a cable of condolences to Iranian President Hassan Rouhani over the earthquake, which hit several areas in Iran, killing hundreds of people and injuring thousands others.
