His Majesty King Abdullah on Tuesday condemned the blast that took place in the city of Manchester in the UK late Monday, killing and injuring innocent civilians.

In a cable to British Prime Minister Theresa May, King Abdullah expressed his denunciation of this cowardly act, stressing Jordan's solidarity with the UK and its commitment to supporting international efforts to fight terrorism.

His Majesty expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
