His Majesty King Abdullah has sent a cable to Kuwait Emir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah on the 14th anniversary of his accession to power.

In the cable, King Abdullah expressed best wishes to Sheikh Sabah, wishing the people of Kuwait further progress and prosperity.
