During a telephone call on Sunday Majesty King Abdullah II enquired about Palestinian President Yasser Arafat's health conditions.

The King wished President Arafat speedy recovery and safety return home.

Arafat, who is currently receiving medication at a French army hospital, underwent tests for viral infection and other ailments on Sunday after initial checks ruled out leukemia and any life-threatening illness, according to his aides.
