King, Egyptian president discuss efforts to enhance Arab solidarity

His Majesty King Abdullah and Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on Thursday discussed the developments in the dialogue between Palestinian factions in Cairo during a phone call.

King Abdullah stressed Jordan's support for Egypt's efforts to achieve Palestinian reconciliation, compelled by Palestinian and pan-Arab interests.

During the call, the two leaders emphasised the importance of achieving a higher degree of coordination and consultation among Arab countries to deal with the challenges facing the Arab world.
