His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday sent a cable to Mexico President-elect Andrés Manuel López Obrador, congratulating him on winning the election.

King Abdullah expressed Jordan’s keenness to continue advancing the ties of friendship and cooperation with Mexico, wishing the president-elect success and the people of Mexico continued prosperity and progress.
