1. Lina Annab as Minister of Tourism and Antiquities
2. Azmi Mahafzah as Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research

Another Royal Decree was issued, assigning the following ministers to administer these ministries, as of 1 November 2018:

1. Bassam Talhouni, Minister of Justice, to administer the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research
2. Majd Shweikeh, Minister of State for Institutional Performance Development, to administer the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities
