His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday sent a cable to newly elected Pakistani President Arif Alvi, congratulating him on assuming his term.

King Abdullah also sent a cable to Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan, congratulating him on assuming his term.

In the cables, His Majesty affirmed Jordan’s keenness to strengthen the ties of cooperation in all areas with Pakistan, wishing the president and the prime minister success, and the people of Pakistan further prosperity and progress.
