His Majesty King Abdullah on Tuesday received Deputy Commander of US Central Command Lt. Gen. Thomas Bergeson and discussed military cooperation between Jordan and the United States.

Discussions also covered regional and international efforts to fight terrorism within a holistic approach.

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat and US Chargé d’Affaires in Amman Paul Malik attended the meeting.
