In an interview with Kuwaiti newspaper Al Rai, King Abdullah II on Tuesday affirmed that there will be no return on reform, revealing that preparations are under way to conduct municipal and parliamentary elections soon.

The King also stressed that the country will focus in the coming stage on developing legislation to adapt to political, economic and social reform.
