His Majesty King Abdullah and interim Egyptian president Adly Mansour on Thursday exchanged congratulations on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.

During a telephone conversation, King Abdullah and Mansour discussed a number of common concerns and bilateral ties.

His Majesty and the interim Egyptian president voiced keenness to enhance bilateral relations in various fields to serve the common interests of both peoples.

The King voiced Jordan's support for Egypt to overcome the current circumstances, promote security and stability and achieve Egyptians' aspirations for a prosperous future.
