His Majesty King Abdullah, in a phone call on Thursday with Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia, exchanged best wishes on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
 
King Abdullah stressed the deep-rooted, brotherly ties between the two countries and peoples.
 
Discussions in the phone call also covered enhancing cooperation to counter coronavirus disease (COVID-19), and its humanitarian and economic repercussions.
 
His Majesty expressed appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s ongoing support to Jordan, underscoring Jordan’s support for Saudi Arabia in combating COVID-19.
