His Majesty King Abdullah, in a cable, has expressed condolences to Kuwait Emir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah over the passing of Sheikh Humoud Sabah Salem Humoud Al Sabah.
 
In the cable, King Abdullah expressed his sympathies to Sheikh Sabah and the people of Kuwait.
