His Majesty King Abdullah on Thursday accepted the credentials of newly appointed ambassadors to Jordan at a ceremony in Basman Palace.

King Abdullah accepted the credentials of Sherif Kamel of Egypt, Josef Koutsky of the Czech Republic, Andreas P. Kouzoupis of Cyprus, Zaza Kandelaki of Georgia, Fabio Cassese of Italy, Mato Zeko of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Oskar Wüstinger of Austria, as resident ambassadors to Jordan.

His Majesty also accepted the credentials of Joseph Chilengi as the non-resident ambassador of Zambia to Jordan.

Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi attended the ceremony.
